When you are trained and registered by an iTRUK accredited company you automatically become a member.
Your training records and operator qualifications are stored and potential employers can contact us to verify the categories you are qualified and current to operate.
iTRUK registered instructors who are also members have access to forms and booklets associated with workplace transport training, along with discounted prices for training manuals and all other merchandise.
If you are currently a registered instructor with an alternative accreditation/approval body, you may be eligible to transfer your registration to iTRUK whilst maintaining your current registration.
If you are eligible, the cost to transfer is £90, and will remain valid until your original registration expiry date.
To maintain your access to online membership access and discounted goods the annual fee is £20.
Mobile companies do not have their own training premises and usually deliver training at customer locations.
When an application is made for accreditation, an assessor will visit the applicant to ensure that all iTRUK standards are being applied and maintained.
Mobile companies may also deliver instructor courses if qualified.
Accreditation and membership are combined so there is only one annual payment.
The annual cost for an iTRUK mobile company is £450
Static Companies have their own training centres, although they can also deliver training off-site. They may also deliver instructor training.
When a company applies to join iTRUK, an assessor will visit the premises to ensure that it meets with all of our standards.
When an instructor course is in progress, an assessor will attend during training to ensure that the training is delivered in line with iTRUK standards. The assessor will ensure that the tutors are meeting the requirements and that the students are being tested accurately.
The annual fee for combined membership and accreditation is £600.
